The Approximate schedule is on the website on the Link AAC or CKC  trial Link

The Running orders per class are also on the AAC trial Link. https://www.hilltopk9agility.ca/trials

 Rings will run alternately, (when there are two rings)and no class will start more than 1 hour prior to scheduled time.

Coffee and donuts will be provided by Hilltop in the morning.

You may come and set up shade tents and trailers on the Friday after 3:00 PM

Campers and trailers please park in designated areas

There will be a canteen providing food and snacks and beverages.

On the website are the volunteer lists for each day.

 If you are able to fill in any of the yellow shaded areas, please let me know. Your help is appreciated. 

Volunteers will receive tickets for each event that they volunteer.  Tickets can be used for draws for free runs and other prizes.

4 Tickets can be redeemed for 1 free run

Placement and Q Ribbons are Self Serve for ALL Starters, Advanced and Master Events

TITLES WILL BE PRESENTED when possible

PLEASE pick up after your dog. This is a beautiful site and we must all respect the property.

Dispose of Poop Bags in the Cans OUTSIDE ONLY

OWNERS with MALE dogs.  Please DO NOT let your dog pee on the buildings,garbage bins or fencing. .An area will be set up for those perfect photos

Check the weather report to ensure you are prepared.

Les anneaux se dérouleront en alternance et aucun cours ne commencera plus d'une heure avant l'heure prévue .(quand il y a 2 anneaux)

Le café et les beignets seront fournis par Hilltop le matin 
Vous pouvez venir installer des tentes d’ombrage et des caravanes le vendredi après 15h.

Les roulottes doivent stationner à l'endroit désigné.

Une cantine fournira de la nourriture, des collations et des boissons.

 Sur le site Web se trouvent les listes de volontaires pour chaque jour.

 Si vous êtes en mesure de remplir l'une des zones ombrées en jaune, veuillez me le faire savoir.

 Votre aide est appréciée.

 Les volontaires recevront des billets pour chaque événement bénévole.

Les billets peuvent être utilisés pour les tirages pour des courses gratuites et autres prix.

4 billets peuvent être échangés pour 1  « run »  gratuit

Hotels

 

 

HOTELS / MOTELS / CAMPING CAMPING On Site is Permitted.

Camping : Camping on Site is Available At some venues. Check premium lists for information .  Electric Sites are Limited… CAMPERS must reserve in advance
Dry / non electrical sites are also available.
The following Motels/Hotels may accept dogs. Some of them may require a deposit or room-cleaning fee.
Please verify acceptance of dogs in rooms when making reservations and respect Motel/Hotel property to ensure that you will be welcomed back.
If you are planning on leaving your dogs crated in your room, please do not leave them alone.
Some dogs have a tendency to voice their disapproval to this situation and to the other guests.
ALWAYS pick up after your dogs so that these hotels will continue to accept dogs.
